We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team. This is a part-time remote position with an hourly pay of $40.00 and an expected weekly commitment of approximately 10 hours.
Location Preference:
Preferred candidates should reside within the Upper Marlboro, MD metro area.
Role Overview
As a General Educational Consultant, you will:
Develop, customize, and maintain educational content on various platforms.
Deliver high-quality virtual and/or on-site professional development, coaching, and support to teachers and school leaders.
This role is perfect for professionals who wish to stay connected to the education field while making a significant impact on student achievement. Mileage and toll fees are reimbursed.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with schools to enhance teacher and administrative capacity through evidence-based coaching, curriculum development, and professional development.
Foster positive relationships with teachers and administrators through group sessions and individualized support.
Evaluate data and conduct classroom visits to develop and communicate professional learning plans.
Support schools in strengthening pedagogy and implementing effective instructional planning.
Lead the development and implementation of rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum.
Basic Requirements
8 years of experience working in K-12 schools.
Strong knowledge of State Standards.
High competence in facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Google Classroom, Zoom, and other educational technology tools.
Personal technology equipment (laptop, mobile device, and working camera) for on-site workshops.
Reliable, high-speed internet.
Ability to lift 5 to 10 pounds.
Local candidates from Upper Marlboro, MD.
Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area with reliable transportation.
Current teaching and/or administration certification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Preferred Requirements
Master's Degree.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mentor, Supervisor, or Coach.
Experience in virtual teaching and learning.
Professional development experience (design, implementation, facilitation, and leading).
