We are seeking a dynamic part-time Bookkeeper to join our team! This temporary role will support our Controller in managing financial operations for a portfolio of RV Resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a flexible and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable for three RV Resorts, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication.
Record credit card and cash transactions accurately.
Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Prepare financial statements and assist with tax filings.
Collaborate with the Controller on special projects and external reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Organizational skills to maintain efficiency and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to problem-solve and implement corrective actions.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office 365.
Experience With Expensify Or Similar Expense Management Tools Preferred.
Previous bookkeeping experience or related education preferred.
Additional Information
Duration: Temporary position expected to conclude by October 31, 2024.
Schedule: Part-time role with approximately 10 hours per week, offering flexibility.
Location: Primarily remote; occasional visits to our Seattle office may be required.
Technology: Company-provided laptop and necessary software; reliable internet connection required.
