Our client, a Research & Development firm in the Cannabis Industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join them as a temporary part-time Bookkeeper. This opportunity has the potential to evolve into a permanent role for the right candidate. This position is fully remote and open to applicants nationwide.

Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable, including bill payment and tracking.
Assist with Quickbooks Online (QBO) cleanup, leveraging your strong attention to detail.
Utilize your diplomacy and excellent communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
Demonstrate integrity and discretion, crucial for remote work.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bookkeeper or Accounts Payable role.
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Ability to quickly adapt to enterprise software solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks.
Experience in Cash Management preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.
Flexible availability for 10-20 hours per week.
Compensation
$13-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
