Paralegal

Position Overview: The Paralegal position is responsible for providing support to attorneys by researching legal documents, preparing legal documents, gathering and organizing evidence, and performing other tasks related to legal proceedings. The ideal candidate should have a Paralegal Certificate and be knowledgeable in real estate law, acquisitions, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Research legal documents and prepare legal documents such as contracts, motions, and briefs.
• Gather and organize evidence for use in legal proceedings.
• Organize and maintain filing systems to store documents.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trial or hearings.
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and coordinating meetings or events.
  
  

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Law, Acquisitions, and Construction.
• Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
