Paid Search Specialist

Are you a paid search specialist who lives and breathes digital marketing? Are you based in the Scottsdale, Arizona area? Our client is looking to hire a passionate and motivated Paid Search Specialist with a specific understanding of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance ad campaigns for Google. Call center operations is a plus, and candidates must have extensive lead generation experience with a passion for growing brand awareness, driving engagement and revenue, and increasing loyalty among existing & new new clients.

Portfolio Note: In order to be considered, candidates must have 3+ years of proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns, including experience with large-volume paid search ad campaigns.

You Will:

• Develop and manage paid search campaigns
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns daily, weekly, and monthly; assessing against marketing goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Research industry trends and integrate technologies that could potentially drive lead conversion
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on performance
• Work with management to ensure the CRM’s integration of new campaigns

You Have:

• Must have experience with large-volume paid search ad campaigns
• 3+ years of proven experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Deadline oriented, self-starter who completes tasks autonomously
• Service-oriented, collaborative disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns

Logistics:

• Projected Start Date: ASAP
• Fulltime position, 40 hours/week: Fulltime
• Onsite/offsite: 5 days onsite - Scottsdale, Arizona
• Team Structure: Working with internal marketing team, reporting to Marketing Manager
• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
