Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients (5-10 various sized accounts) by owning the client relationship, overseeing account performance and outcomes, and delivering against internal and external growth goals.
  • Use your expertise of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels to work alongside agency campaign specialists to effectively optimize our clients’ campaign performance.
  • Provide outstanding service by proactively communicating with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
  • Be an industry thought leader and establish credibility with executives, serving as a trusted consultant to optimize their advertising investment by understanding business drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating short, medium, and long-term plans for sustainable business growth.
  • Assist with case studies or ad hoc needs that pertain to overall growth

Qualifications

  • 2.5 to 5 years' experience working hands on in paid media with a high growth advertising or media agency (Preference of small to midsize, already wearing many hats).
  • Current expert & thought leader for Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of bidding and goal strategies (Hands on technical and strategic end to end exposure to Paid Search & Paid Social, other digital channels nice to have).
  • Experience in a client-facing role successfully working with various leveled external stakeholders (Co Founders, CMOs, Management level).
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate strategies and tactics and how they align with client goals.
  • Proven track-record thriving in fast-paced environments and delivering against ambitious targets.
  • Requirement of managing multiple accounts simultaneously with the ability to understand different business models and industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree
