We’re seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to join the Brindle team. Our paid advertising team members manage both strategy and execution for clients across a variety of paid ad platforms – primarily Google Ads (search and display), and Facebook & Instagram ads. You’ll manage existing client’s ad accounts, build new ad accounts, and work closely with our team to ensure campaign success and client objectives are being met.

Our ideal candidate would have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter, analytical, strong attention to detail, a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, current marketing trends, and be able to communicate with clients and the internal team effectively.

Brindle Digital Marketing was founded in 2017 and is a boutique marketing agency specializing in web design, branding, social media, digital advertising, and SEO primarily for the multifamily apartment industry and B2C service-based clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display accounts (primarily within Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
  • Monitor and analyze trends in client’s KPIs
  • Create compelling content for ad copy and landing pages
  • Develop advertising strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages across various ad platforms
  • Work closely with our account team to provide digital marketing strategies to meet client goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to our agency blog

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years directly managing paid search and/or paid social accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager (including setting up Facebook Pixel, FB Events, and conversion tracking)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Fluent in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and/or similar analytics reporting tools
  • Google Ads certification a plus
  • Proficient with Google Tag Manager and the Google suite of products

 

Who you’ll be working with

You'll be working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, Designers, and Account Managers to ensure happy clients and smooth on-time delivery of scopes as well as be able to spot opportunities as they arise. This role reports to our Digital Marketing Manager and Founder.

  • $55-75K (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid remote role (1 office day in Loveland, Colorado; 4 work-from-home days – still expected to maintain normal ‘business hours’ when working remote); dog-friendly office

  • Willing and able to do the management AND execution of everything listed above. This is not purely a manager role
  • Based in Loveland, Colorado (role will have in-person hours and work from anywhere hours)
