We are looking to add a Packaging Specialist to join our cider production team! Portland Cider Co.’s cidery and headquarters are located in Clackamas, OR. A Portland Cider Packaging Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining the canning line in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded, thoughtful, efficient, organized, considerate, and respectful.

Responsibilities
● Operating canning line on a daily basis, 7 AM – 3:30 PM, 5 days a week. (Alternate shift 10-6 negotiable)
● QA/QC with seams, carbonation, finished product.
● Machinery maintenance and ability to work with tech support and machine manuals as needed.
● Other production tasks include but are not limited to Kegging, keg washing, general cidery maintenance and sanitation tasks, and warehouse organization.

● You’ll be working with an experienced, tight-knit cider production team, all being fully experienced operators to support your position.
Nice to Have
● Experience operating a packaging/canning line (we use a Cask ACS V5).
● Experience with operating industrial equipment, such as forklifts, canning lines, cartoning machines, keg washers, etc.
● Must be physically fit to meet position’s demands and reach, bend, stoop and stand for extended periods as needed.
