Our Widmer Brothers Portland Brewery is looking for a Packaging Operator to join our team! They are responsible for packaging high-quality products while engaging in all aspects of packaging.
WORK LOCATION: Portland, Oregon
HOURLY RATE: USD $20/hr.
Bottle/Keg Line: Monday to Thursday (Can Line: Two-week rotating schedule)
Shifts: 12-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break:
Day Shift: 5:45 am - 6:15 pm
Night Shift: 5:45 pm - 6:15 am
Note: The schedule may vary based on production requirements and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
Support Widmer Brothers Brewing's mission, vision, and values.
Demonstrate exemplary safety practices for yourself and team members at all times.
Acquire proficiency in executing duties in adherence to company safety and quality protocols.
Ensure consistent quality standards for all packaged products.
Collaborate closely with team members across brewing, racking (kegging), and packaging (canning/bottling) processes as instructed.
Demonstrate capability to grasp and apply fundamental skills in the operation of high-speed packaging equipment across various zones of a single production line.
