LHH is working with a food manufacturer in McKinney, TX 75070 that is seeking a Packaging Manager for Direct Hire.
90% Onsite with up to 10% travel required, M-F 8a to 5p
Salary Range: 80-90k + Benefits
Their ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree with 4 yrs experience in packaging or 8 yrs experience with no degree
Experience with packaging in fresh foods industry
Strong Knowledge of inventory
Experience with Inventory Mgmt Software and ERP systems
Strong communication skills
Duties:
Implement and execute inventory strategies for packaging materials in coordination with production and demand
Optimize Inventory
Inventory Audits
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams
