InfraHire is looking for a Packaging Manager in Siler City, NC.

Job Description

Each department has a manager, and it would be your responsibility to learn and improve efficiency and relations in each department. Your direct supervisor would be the plant manager.

  • Previous experience increasing efficiency in manufacturing/industrial plants
  • Previous experience in package management or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP standards for packaging operations
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Previous experience improving morale and work culture

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in business or related manufacturing/industrial degrees
  • Bilingual (Preferred but not required)
  • Previous supervisor experience/preferably mid-level
  • Exemplary social skills
