Responsibilities
This position plays a critical role in bringing new business into the company. This role combines elements of sales, relationship management, and strategic planning to contribute to the company’s growth within the targeted builder and architect markets.
This Custom Integration Company offers a comprehensive compensation package, including company holidays, 5 personal days, and a generous 2 weeks vacation that grows with tenure. They provide funds for tuition reimbursement and automobile mileage. To ensure their team has the equipment they need to excel, they offer a full home office setup as well as a company phone.

- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Connect with potential customers through cold calling and prospecting.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about the latest developments and offerings
- Develop compelling sales materials for effective presentations to customers.
- Proven experience in Custom Home Automation sales, with a focus on lead generation and closing deals
- Strong understanding of the lighting, architecture, or custom integration industry, coupled with the capability to comprehend the technical intricacies of the company's products
- Experience working with industry manufacturers such as Control4
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Competitive mindset
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
