Your Impact in This Role
Carry a caseload of 60-80 clients, focusing on substance use and mental health.
Spend 60% of your time on billable services with a system that allows for 3 weeks of PTO without affecting productivity.
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring timely clinical documentation within 24 hours.
Develop and implement treatment plans and transition plans addressing ongoing treatment needs.
Collaborate with internal and external programs and agencies to provide comprehensive care.
Provide crisis intervention and connect clients to necessary resources.
Maintain accurate records using SmartCare EMR system.
What You Bring To The Table
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Current licensure (LCAC, LMFT, LMH, LCSW, or equivalent) in good standing.
Interest in substance use disorders and mental health.
Ability to work a few nights a week until at least 6 pm.
Strong organizational skills to manage a large caseload.
Comfortable with timely clinical documentation and working on-site.
Ability to work with patients of all ages, from children to geriatrics.
Willingness to receive a flu shot during flu season.
