Responsibilities

Build rapport and trust with clients.

Develop creative treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

Provide ongoing therapy sessions.

Maintain client confidentiality and complete all required documentation.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers.

Attend regular meetings and participate in professional development.

Qualifications

Clinical license (LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.) in MA.

Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong ethical boundaries.

Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Comfort working with a diverse clientele.

Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
