Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Master's Level Clinician who shares our dedication to improving mental health care accessibility. Our ideal candidate thrives in a culture characterized by autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Opportunities abound for delivering individual, family, couples, and group therapy services. The therapist will conduct clinical assessments and provide therapeutic interventions based on treatment plans and client needs. This role offers the flexibility to work in-office, remotely, or within the community, fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation in adherence to company policies.
Maintain an appropriate caseload to ensure effective client care.
Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at symptom reduction and improving daily living activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to address community needs.
Utilize creative interventions to facilitate client progress toward therapeutic goals.
Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Mental Health staff as required.
Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and professional development activities.
Demonstrate cultural competence in all client interactions and maintain ethical standards in professional conduct.
Adhere to Mental Health policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage as per company policy.
Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and strong diagnostic abilities.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to produce clear, concise, and well-organized written documentation.
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in mental health treatment approaches.
Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing practices.
