We are seeking full-time New Jersey licensed clinicians (LSW or LAC) to join our dedicated outpatient team. Our workplace culture is described by our team members as collaborative, supportive, and flexible. We offer a work/life balance with 2 remote days and 3 in-person days per week. There are no weekends or on-call duties required, though evenings are part of the schedule. Spanish-speaking ability is desired.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide short-term evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups.
Assess clients' needs, interpret psychiatric/behavioral health conditions, formulate diagnoses, and prescribe treatment plans as part of comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
Actively participate in treatment team meetings and supervision.
Collaborate with psychiatric team members (MDs/APNs) and other clinicians to ensure superior service delivery.
Recommend appropriate levels of care and link clients to external services as needed.
Develop individual service plans and adjust treatment approaches based on assessment data.
Coordinate with community providers/agencies/schools to support assessment, treatment, service planning, and discharge.
Serve as a resource on community resources for clients and families.
Maintain accurate case documentation per State of NJ, Medicaid, and Outpatient Standards.
Enter clinical notes and collateral information into the company's EMR system promptly.
Submit accurate daily billing for services in EMR in alignment with performance targets.
Ensure sessions start and end on schedule.
Promote family engagement and utilize evidence-based practices in family therapy.
Take corrective actions based on findings from chart audits.
Meet or exceed established performance and productivity targets.
Required Qualifications
Perform other duties as required.
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
Current New Jersey State License (LSW or LAC) in good-standing.
Clinical Experience With Children, Adolescents, Adults, And Families Preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work evenings to accommodate client schedules.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
