The Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and passionate sales executive to join the RRO team. The ideal candidate is a hunter and relentless prospector who’s driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for building new relationships.

The Account Executive's responsibilities include:

• Pursuing and acquiring new partners through cold outreach and networking.
• Relentlessly prospecting potential leads and building new relationships.
• Managing assigned inbound leads.
• Managing assigned existing accounts.
• Overseeing and servicing client campaigns from start to finish.
• Organizing pipelines and follow-ups through CRM.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 –5 years of sales experience
• Willing to get in the weeds in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence.
• Is gritty, hard-working, and wants to win!
• Demonstrate the ability to build relationships.
• Meticulous organization skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, go-getter attitude.
