The Role:

We’re excited to announce a full-time opening on our internal team for a Sales Manager!


We're looking for the right person who will bring their knowledge and expertise in the sales space to our growing team, and join us in the management ranks to help co-create the future of our business! This is a key role that is at the heart of what we do. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of outbound sales and lead nurturing in a service-based industry. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to have a direct impact on a fast-growing start-up, lead an incredibly talented team, and have a personal outcome on the future of the delegation space for entrepreneurs.


This position collaborates closely with and reports to the CEO.

  • Deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and value proposition
  • Understands competitive landscape and can articulate differentiation
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to customers and thought leader in the industry


Knowledge and understanding:

  • Outbound sales
  • Sales pipeline management
  • Analytical data
  • CRM systems and automation
  • KPIs
  • Delegation


Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years in a sales role (REQUIRED)
  • Two (2) years people management (REQUIRED)
  • Experience attending professional conferences as a vendor
  • One (1) year in a service-based industry (A PLUS)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • US-based


Logistics:

  • Position type: Full Time Employee
  • Start Date: July 2024
  • Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + commission
  • Virtual Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST or CST with some flexibility
