We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager within the Business Optimization group to support and manage various Capital and Operations & Maintance projects primarily focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Project Manager serves as the single point of contact and is accountable for ensuring the overall success of their assigned projects. The Project Manager is directly responsible for multiple projects at one time, leading various cross-functional teams to develop the scope of work, business requirements, schedule, and resources and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues to the project. The Project Manager is also responsible for stakeholder communication, training, and implementation, change management, and ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met within the timeframes established. The position typically leads high-profile projects that directly impact, safety, reliability, compliance, asset management, customer service, and accounting operations.


Day-to-Day:

40% - Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects through direct coordination with various departments, subject matter experts (SMEs), consultants, management, and other personnel

25% - Drive accountability to ensure tasks and milestones are delivered on time and within the approved budget

20% - Ensure open communication with all project Team Members, Stakeholders, End-users, and Management

10% - Utilize and support applications, software, and tools within the Business IPO framework to ensure consistency in overall project management, reporting, scheduling, and budgeting activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years experience related to business analysis, project management, engineering, operations, IT, asset management, construction, or other related utility experience.
  • Candidate must have a solid understanding of project management principles with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or working knowledge of various internal systems (GIS, SAP, Scheduling, Dispatching and Mobility Applications, etc.)
