Organizational Change Management

Do you have Change Management experience and seeking a remote, part-time contract? Horizontal Talent is helping a collaborative company recruit a contract Organizational Change Management Lead.

You'll be part of a team working on a data cataloging initiative for commercial systems. This involves heavy business engagement for discovery sessions, UAT, and adoption. You can expect to work on critical data elements, commercial systems, and cataloging 20+ business systems.

To give you an idea of how this Organizational Change Management role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Leverage change management methodology and apply it as appropriate for the business environment
• Develop Project OCM Approach and Strategy documents
• Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
• Develop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans
• Provide leadership and implement change management processes and tools to support change adoption
  
  
  

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management candidate with experience with major transformational, cultural change programs leading to new capabilities. You must be able to apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people-sided change caused by projects and change efforts.

Additional qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, training, organizational change management or information systems
• Experience (at least 5 - 7 years) leading change, communication, and training efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations
• Prior consulting experience delivering projects and navigating client-facing environments
• Design Thinking, Culture, and Branding/Marketing experience preferred
• LaMarsh, PROSCI, CCMP, or other Change Management Certification
