General Summary: Do you have a passion for social media and love creating buzz and driving engagement? Join us as the Organic Growth & Engagement Brand Manager at The Child Care Success Company! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be our go-to social guru for crafting and executing dynamic social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Unleash your creativity by designing compelling blogs, posts, stories, videos, and graphics that captivate our target audience and clients, while also managing content calendars to keep our social channels buzzing. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing and writing content for our blog and podcast, ensuring it aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will drive traffic and conversions through well-crafted social funnels and CTAs. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with our marketing, coaching, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


  • Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience and align with brand guidelines. This also includes managing our blog by writing relevant content and creating graphics to address the pain points of our audience, as well as managing and publishing our podcast. You will then be responsible for posting these on our WordPress website and sharing them on social media.


  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience across our social channels and Facebook groups, respond to comments/messages, and cultivate a strong community around our brand.


  • Content Distribution: Manage content calendars, scheduling, and posting across all social media channels to maintain consistent and engaging communication.


  • SEO and Trend Research: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content and stay ahead of the curve.


  • Social Funnels: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and conversions through social media platforms, utilizing effective call-to-actions (CTAs) and lead generation tactics.


  • Media Kits: Create compelling media kits tailored for our Child Care Success Academy coaching team, event guest speakers and sponsors, and other potential collaborators to showcase our company and events


  • Brand Ambassador Program: Establish and manage a brand ambassador program to expand our reach and influence within relevant communities.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze insights, and generate bi-weekly reports to track progress and optimize strategies.


  • All-Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely alongside the entire marketing department, coaching department, and sales department to ensure brand alignment, consistency across all channels, and accuracy.


Qualifications


  • At least one year of proven experience in social media management, preferably within a B2B environment.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred but not required).


  • Expertise in managing and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.


  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.


  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.


  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance and derive actionable insights.


  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.


  • Strong creative skills for generating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.


  • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.


  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content.


  • Experience in developing social funnels and utilizing effective CTAs to drive traffic and conversions.


  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all social media activities.


  • Familiarity with WordPress websites and writing blogs, including managing and publishing content on these platforms.
