In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations for our Pharmacy and Fulfillment teams. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide essential on-site support to Pharmacy and Fulfillment operations, resolving issues promptly to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor daily reports and alerts, taking proactive steps to address and track non-RX and RX order issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate to decision-makers as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related challenges and contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Manage pharmacy returns and ensure appropriate steps are taken to support customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and assist in updating operational procedures as necessary.
Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks based on business needs, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or operations.
Experience in the health or pharmacy industry is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and independently when needed.

Conditions Of Employment
This role involves handling Hazardous Drugs (HD); appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as necessary.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as medical clearance for wearing respiratory protection.
