Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst for Order Entry, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders, ensuring accurate SKU management, and maintaining data integrity within our systems. You will work closely with our sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and support our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter orders accurately into the system.
• Manage and update SKUs, ensuring all product data is current and correct.
• Analyze order data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all order entry processes.
• Generate and distribute order reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of order entry procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis and order entry, preferably in the consumer goods or food and beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing SKUs and order data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
