Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultant (Global Rollout)

100% Remote - Eastern or Central time zone

We're seeking a highly motivated Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultant to join our team for a global rollout within a leading manufacturing company based in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Your focus will be on the functional aspects of P2P implementation and optimization. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a passion for streamlining Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing the client's P2P processes using Oracle Cloud technology. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure a successful go-live, followed by additional regional rollouts.

Here's what you'll do:

• Deep dive into the client's current P2P processes, analyze them thoroughly and document them for future reference.
• Leverage your knowledge of Oracle Cloud P2P functionalities to design and configure modules that perfectly meet the client's specific requirements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications that translate business needs into actionable configurations.
• Partner with stakeholders to test and refine configurations, ensuring an optimal P2P experience.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, empowering them to utilize the new system effectively.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing system efficiency.

To be successful, you'll possess:

• Proven experience leading successful Oracle Cloud P2P implementations (minimum 3-4 projects)
• In-depth knowledge of P2P best practices and functionality within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem
• A keen understanding of business process analysis and optimization methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a focus on achieving deadlines
• Willingness to travel onsite as needed (potentially frequent travel during go-live)
