We have two Remote contract opportunity for Oracle HCM Consultant with one of our clients. Please find the Job Description below

  • Title: Oracle HCM Consultant with Time and Labor

Duration: 6 Month

Location: 100% Remote.

  • Title: Oracle HCM Consultant with Absence Management Duration: 6 Month

Location: 100% Remote.

Visa: US Citizen OR Green Card due too the nature of Job

Lead design sessions to gather OTL requirements and configure OTL module in Oracle Cloud HCM.

Configure OTL to match the business requirements and system design.

Demonstrating the solution to clients in CRPs.

Create configuration documents, design specs, test scenarios, and test cases.

2-3 implementation experience needed

Requirements:

Demonstratable hands-on experience with OTL and at least 2-3 projects as the Lead.

Implementing approval workflows.

Experience with creating time entry rules such as OT, Holiday, etc.

Configuration skills within Fast Formula.

Experience with OTL and project integration will be a plus.
