Role Description
This is a contract role for an Oracle HCM professional. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing business process consulting and implementing Oracle HR solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve integrating Oracle Applications, configuring and optimizing Oracle HCM modules, and providing support for system enhancements and upgrades. This is an on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
Ability to provide business process consulting and solutions
Experience in integrating Oracle Applications and performing system integration testing
Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Oracle HCM modules
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in system enhancements and upgrades
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
