Principal Oracle EPM Implementation Lead (Consolidation and Close Cloud)

Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 (base)

Location: US (Remote)

This Financial Consultancy is expanding their EPM team, and looking for a Director to Lead key FCCS implementations and support the growth and strategy of the Practice. With an industry focus in Private Equity, this Oracle Partner is the go-to firm for PE CFOs.

This Partner is looking to hire FTEs to bring in to their experienced team of consultants. As part of the growing practice, you will engage in diverse project activities to ensure successful end-to-end implementations of Oracle’s Consolidation and Close Cloud application. This role demands active involvement in both business and technical analysis, driving solution development throughout the project lifecycle.

This consultancy does not offshore their build and development work of Oracle EPM applications. It is paramount that this Principal FCCS Implementation Lead has outstanding technical ability (and functional skills!).

Job responsibilities:

• Work with end-user client to gather project/system requirements
• Create specifications for data integration
• Build forms, smartlists, calculations, menus and reports in Oracle’s Consolidation and Close Cloud Application
• Build security requirements within the software
• Lead training sessions with client end-users
• Manage projects and stakeholders throughout implementation process
• Involved in Pre-Sales and Sales efforts when required

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, MIS, or equivalent
• 4+ years of Oracle EPM Implementation experience (FCCS)
• Hands-on experience building and developing FCC applications
• Willingness to travel (25% maximum travel)
• Previous exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices
• Currently reside in US, and have a Valid Visa
