One of our client is looking to hire Oracle Database Developers for a company in Houston, TX. This position requires onsite Day 1. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of PL/SQL development experience and 1 year of python scripting to join a large project team for an application re-write.
Must have at least 4 years of PL/SQL development experience in the US
Must have working experience with tools like Airflow, Git
Must have python scripting experience, able to move code from one database to another (Oracle, MemSQL, DB2)
Experience with DBMS_SCHEDULER jobs to automate hourly data processing
Familiarity with Scheduling AdTempus jobs for Oracle batch jobs is nice to have
Any experience with microservices, docker, Kubernetes is preferred but not required
Experience with accounting and financial data is preferred but not required
