Client seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the security of our Oracle database systems. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification or equivalent.
Experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and Data Guard.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager for database monitoring and management.
Pay Range: $60 - $62 Hourly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
