Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or make up the whole solution.
Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive the delivery of services.
Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes related to Customer/Supplier data hub.
Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate.
Experience in Documentation and Workflows
