Title: Oracle Application Developer

Location: New York City (Day 1 Onsite)

Experience: 8+

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade business solutions for clients using specifically Oracle Application Express, PHP, RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle).
  • Design, code, and maintain the Oracle systems based on established standards.
  • Proactively work with development, QA, and IT departments to resolve assigned client issues in a timely manner
  • Develop Oracle reports, database procedures and UNIX shell scripts
  • Develop and Customize Reports on CRM based systems.
  • Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations.
  • Work with functional and technical resources to support cloud systems
  • Log Oracle support requests, review patches, deploy, and provide operational support.
  • Manage and execute against project plans and deliver commitments within a professional, high paced engineering environment
  • Interface with our internal/external customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Total of 8-10 years of solid experience in Oracle.
  • Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, and test driven development
  • Strong technical knowledge in Oracle applications, SQL and PL-SQL is required.
  • Experience designing software architectures for scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX) is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
