Experience

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

  • New Grad is okay.
  • SNF experience preferred

Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration

  • An active, unrestricted Director of Rehab(DOR) license from any U.S. State

Shift: Mon-Fri
