This entry-level role involves basic operations of manufacturing and/or packaging equipment. Responsibilities include documentation, setup, operation, and cleanup, with guidance from a senior operator. This position serves as training for advancement to a fully operational role.
Position Accountabilities
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Shadow trained operators to learn all aspects of the role, including batch record documentation, equipment setup, operation, and cleanup.
Assist in material handling for equipment operations, setup, and breakdown.
Perform sanitation duties as instructed by senior operators, including cleaning containers, parts, and proper disposal of pharmaceutical or hazardous waste.
Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
