Operations Manager

This exciting cosmetics company is looking for an Operations Manager who will assist with overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal professional will have a go-getter attitude and experience managing day-to-day site operations.

What you will do:

• Oversee the picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administration functions.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.
• D evelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, processes, and shipping
  
  
  

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience supervising small/medium teams (20-50 people) with a proven track record of mentoring and promoting staff.
• Strong experience maintaining cycle count programs of 95% and above. Manual system experience is required as this client has a lot of manual processes still in place.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100k – $115k per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
