In this role, you'll be the go-to guru for training our stellar production staff on equipment set-up, operation, safety, and basic maintenance. Plus, you'll have the chance to shine during special events training!

Primary Assignments

• Team up with Production Managers and HR to craft and deliver top-notch training programs for our 24-hour manufacturing facility. Flexibility and occasional off-shifts are part of the adventure!
• Demonstrate equipment setup and operation while unraveling the mysteries of basic troubleshooting.
• Develop and track a 30-60-90-day evaluation guide to ensure everyone's on the path to success.
• Welcome new team members and ensure they're ready to rock their roles.
• Partner with supervisors on the floor to assess and address ongoing training needs.
• Keep training materials stocked and ready for action.
• Design, plan, and execute engaging technical training programs.
• Create dynamic training materials, from presentations to worksheets, that captivate and educate.
• Lead training sessions, whether in-person, online, or through exciting workshops.
• Maintain records of training sessions, track progress, and continuously improve programs based on feedback.
• Develop Train-The-Trainer resources to multiply your impact.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, but we value experience too!).
• 4+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar regulated industry.
• A knack for designing and delivering training on equipment, safety, and quality.
• Stellar communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
  
  

Physical Feats and Work Environment

• Good vision and manual dexterity are a must.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and work on a computer.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
• The office is a moderate-noise environment, but hearing protection is required on the production floor.
• Always sport company-provided PPE when on the production floor.
