Operations Support Technician

RadiusXR provides a portable Vision Diagnostic and Patient Engagement system that combines medical-grade diagnostics, practice management, and patient education tools in a single wearable AR/VR device. The total hardware and software system helps medical professionals diagnose patients accurately, grow their eye care practices, enhance patient engagement, and reduce staff workload by enabling patients to perform self-guided vision exams with minimal supervision. What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to help with the following responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site production and assembly of RadiusXR products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Assist the production team in preparing RadiusXR devices for shipment, including provisioning devices and conducting quality checks/repairs as necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and inspection findings.
- Manage shipping/receiving of all retail items and conduct testing and repairs of returned retail items.
- Assist in general product-related tasks and support manufacturing and quality personnel in monitoring the manufacturing process.
- Ability to work on-site at the Pleasanton, CA office Monday-Friday for production needs.
Professional Experience:
The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience of 2-5 years in a similar role.
Additional requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not required.
- Previous experience in a Production Associate or similar role is helpful but not required.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable working with Android systems; familiarity with Samsung mobile products and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Excellent time management and workload management skills.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- The position will be on-site in Pleasanton, CA.
- Available to start immediately.

Compensation: Market competitive salary – base salary with standard benefits.
