We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of all aspects of our business, providing essential support to our team members and helping us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for pet owners with veterinarians
Manage and update client records in our database
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person, providing them with information about our services and answering any questions they may have
Process and manage payments and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Assist the veterinary team in preparing and maintaining medical records for patients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase business
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies and products
Assist with the organization and execution of events and promotions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional pet care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer programs quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with handling animals when needed
Salary: $30,000 to $47,000 yearly
