About The Opportunity
Chelsea Piers Golf Club is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. This role reports to the Assistant General Manager and works closely with all Golf Club employees. Your schedule will be Wednesday - Sunday, 11:30am - 8pm.
As The Operations Supervisor, You Will Be Expected To
Manager on Duty
Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external clients
Learn front desk and customer service job functions
Manage operations of the Net System
Supervise all personnel Make sure staff is on time, in uniform and informed of all the projects and events for the day
Oversee the execution of the Reception Attendant/Starter
Complete Shift Summary Report and distribute to all managers via email
Be responsible for opening and closing procedures
Complete a walkthrough of the facility
Remove stall covers
Turn on/off HVAC as needed
Turn on/off lights as needed
Unlock the facility and open the doors by 7am; lock front doors by 11pm/12am
Remove phone from Night Mode; place phone on night mode
Administrative
Maintain running inventory
Process purchase orders
Liaise with vendors as needed
Research products/vendors
Update the status of maintenance projects in the Facility Task List within Microsoft Teams
Assisting with coverage as needed
