Job Description
Reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for:
Managing a team of 10 individuals
Ensuring the plant is running smoothly
Implement and adhere to safety practices
Manage plant production planning
Manage maintenance across plant and follow up on maintenance jobs
Ensure products meet specifications
Hire, onboard and train employees

The Successful Applicant
The Operations Supervisor will have what follows:
Degree in chemical engineering or other engineering discipline
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Desire to lead a team
Ability to be onsite 5 days/week
Background as: Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Engineer, Team Lead, etc.
