Position Overview: We only hire people with innate leadership, ambition, passion, and drive to win. The Operations Specialist will be a key player in filling in the blanks to ensure Saelo's operational excellence. This role involves a bit of everything, from assisting senior leadership to coordinating with external partners and managing customer interactions. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and supporting meetings for the founders
  • Own coordination with all external partners/vendors, including our architects, design team, cosmetic chemist and biotechnology partners, skincare manufacturers, and others
  • Respond to all customer inquiries across email and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Gmail, Yelp, Google voice) and create repeatable systems to scale automated responses
  • Coordinate with vendors and content creators to produce social media posts
  • Self-starter who is also a problem solver
  • General tasks like arranging task rabbits and handymen, ensuring inventory is up to date, and arranging team events or trainings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar
  • Proven experience in an operational role or similar capacity and/or ability to prove skill level during our rigorous interview process
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
