Position Overview: We only hire people with innate leadership, ambition, passion, and drive to win. The Operations Specialist will be a key player in filling in the blanks to ensure Saelo's operational excellence. This role involves a bit of everything, from assisting senior leadership to coordinating with external partners and managing customer interactions. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and supporting meetings for the founders
Own coordination with all external partners/vendors, including our architects, design team, cosmetic chemist and biotechnology partners, skincare manufacturers, and others
Respond to all customer inquiries across email and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Gmail, Yelp, Google voice) and create repeatable systems to scale automated responses
Coordinate with vendors and content creators to produce social media posts
Self-starter who is also a problem solver
General tasks like arranging task rabbits and handymen, ensuring inventory is up to date, and arranging team events or trainings

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or similar
Proven experience in an operational role or similar capacity and/or ability to prove skill level during our rigorous interview process
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
