Operations Specialist

Role: Operations Specialist

Please list 3-4 functional activities the resource should be capable of:

  • Manage a backlog of incoming operations tasks, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure delivery of all essential operational items for online partnerships such as coupons, partner onboarding & approvals, transaction queries, and more
  • Investigate root cause and impact for technical outages, escalate to engineering teams for resolution, and communicate update and result with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business operation and account management team to maintain and implement global operational processes
  • Provide training and support to the team to ensure they are equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Manage all aspects of partner onboarding, campaign setup and launch
  • Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational performance and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to business and partnership needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other teams within the company

What technical skills will successful candidates possess?

  • Experience in operation excellence, or partner service/support or training. Excel in end-to-end process creation, improvement and documentation and drive operation excellence through projects.
  • 3-6 years of operation experience with a track record of delivering high-quality results for technology company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Day to day: The team is a full-fledged operation team. Day to day operation would include:
  • campaign launch support – leverage internal tools to set up campaigns, such as coupon, landing pages etc.
  • advisory and troubleshooting – provide services when our commercial team/partners raise questions or issues.
  • operation improvement – drive effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy to the services the team provide
  • Skills: Excel and SalesForce are the main hard skills for the team. It’s also really important to have the soft skills, which will be the focus of the interview as well.
