Job Description:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring a smooth process from receiving to picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role guarantees that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining high-quality standards. The Operations Specialist also addresses client questions, manages special projects, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to report overall performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, with a willingness to engage in daily tasks.
  • Ability to stand out through exceptional performance and proactive problem-solving.
