Operations Specialist

Genesis10 is seeking an Operations Specialist for a contract position that will be 100% remote for our banking client based in Green Bay, WI. Candidates will need to live in MN, WI or IL but can work remotely.

Work Schedule: 1:45 pm - 10:15 pm CST

Responsibilities:

• Receive/review incoming work, prioritize accordingly, and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs.
• Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership.
• Assist in the development and presentation of training.
• Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution.
• Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts/applications.
• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.
