Business Operations Project Manager 

Experiential Marketing is an explosively growing field that now ranks as one of the top five strategies that companies use and 75% of marketers said that events are crucial to their brand success. At TH Experiential, we are an 18 year old agency in the space with Fortune 500 brands clients including Unilever, Sephora, McDonalds, L’Oreal, Ebay, DoorDash, IKEA and Nike.


This role will be a key player in supporting the management and improvement of processes and systems in an innovative, dynamic creative production agency. Our activations are helping brands exceed their business objectives and we are creating a reputation as a premier experiential partner across strategy, creative and execution. 


The overarching goal of this role is to play an integral part in the support of the overall business strategy, helping to realize the mission and vision of the leadership team. This is done by supporting direction to help the company grow, while maintaining clear and concise processes across departments, as it relates back to their functions in the business operations.


Responsibilities:


 Performance Management 

  • Collaboration with the senior leadership on enacting company processes, resources and business strategies 
  • Support the development and roll out of comprehensive business strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain internal project management systems 
  • Manage trackers and reporting for performance across each area of the business, ensuring specified goals are met
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and appropriate interventions
  • Support professional development initiatives and career advancement opportunities for employees


Operations

  • Company time tracking and forecasting management with department leads
  • Contract evaluation and management for approvals
  • Lead point of contact for all operational vendors 
  • Track and work with producers to close out all active projects to determine the true profit margin of company projects according to the closeout schedule, as well as upcoming expenses, hours, resourcing, and how project is performing
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize efficiency and maintain product/service standards
  • Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business operations
  • Management of internal infrastructure and software systems 
  • Manage insurance policies for the company including quotes, policy renewals, yearly audits and requests for additional insurance coverage as projects require.
  • Participate in and prepare reports for yearly worker’s compensation audit to ensure proper coverage is in place
  • Conduct calls with insurance broker to confirm our events are covered within current policies, adding additional coverage + communicating with producers on additional coverage as needed
  • Work with company attorneys to update all client and employee agreements and contracts as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in business management role, with a track record of success in driving improvement and growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience in performance management and evaluations
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in operations management, sales, production, and creative industries
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
