Our client is a well-known Fortune 500 company in the technology industry and is looking for a Senior Operations Program Manager to join their team. This position will focus on creating rigor and structure around internal team operations. The Operations Program Manager will work closely with team members to amplify team goals, milestones, and success to a diverse stakeholder audience.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Lead the design and execution of a continuous improvement campaign across the research division.
Facilitate the gathering of subject matter expert committees to determine project prioritization and solutioning.
Act as a dedicated coordinator of regularly scheduled operations program management summits and meetings.
Track the progress of initiatives and create artifacts (e.g., agendas, meeting notes) to empower team members.
Act as an exceptional storyteller by creating report-outs that demonstrate the value and impact of initiatives.
Identify service failures and opportunities for improvement and partner with the director of operations.
Develop business and technical requirements for operational tools and trackers (e.g., OKR Tools).
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
8+ years of experience in program or project management with industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SCRUM, Agile).
Experience in the technology industry is ideal but not required.
Strong program management or project management data and reporting skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and maintain diligence.
Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
