Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager at the company, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and long-term success by ensuring the seamless execution of various business operations. Reporting to the CEO/co-founder, you'll leverage your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish strategic goals, while also leading and directing the work of others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental KPIs.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing operations staff for optimal performance.
  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding company priorities and projects.
  • Analyzing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource usage.
  • Establishing and maintaining quality standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Contributing insights to strategic planning for operational improvements and growth strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
  • Ensuring legal compliance of company processes.
  • Building rapport and strong working relationships with coworkers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-7 years of operations management experience within a fast-growing company.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred

  • Experience with the EOS System.
  • Familiarity with tech tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Aloware, Kartra, and Kajabi.
