Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at the company, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and long-term success by ensuring the seamless execution of various business operations. Reporting to the CEO/co-founder, you'll leverage your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish strategic goals, while also leading and directing the work of others. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental KPIs.
Recruiting, training, and managing operations staff for optimal performance.
Communicating with stakeholders regarding company priorities and projects.
Analyzing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource usage.
Establishing and maintaining quality standards to meet customer expectations.
Contributing insights to strategic planning for operational improvements and growth strategies.
Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
Ensuring legal compliance of company processes.
Building rapport and strong working relationships with coworkers.
Qualifications
Required:
5-7 years of operations management experience within a fast-growing company.
Commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Effective time management abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred
Experience with the EOS System.
Familiarity with tech tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Aloware, Kartra, and Kajabi.
