This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at The Event Co. AZ. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. They will collaborate with the sales team, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional service. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, managing budgets, and maintaining quality control.
