What You Will Work On
The nature of the work is focused on providing services which help ensure a safe, healthy, and effective or efficient work environment or providing personal amenities to employees.
Business Management:
Participate and contribute to long-term planning and operational decisions in association with departmental and divisional goals.
Ensure that teams execute advanced operational work in support of department and divisional goals.
Develop and prepare departmental annual operating and capital budget and business plan for the Operations Department.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience.
Comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
Advanced degrees (PhD, Law, Masters) or equivalent experience considered:
PhD or Law degree + 8 years of experience
Master's degree + 9 years of experience
Associate's degree + 11 years of experience
High School diploma + 12 years of experience
