We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring our daily operations run smoothly, allowing the leadership team to focus on growth and new ideas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, an effective communicator, and someone who aligns with our values.
As an Operations Manager at Willis Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency and consistency of our operations. You will play a key role in maintaining established processes and inspiring our team to achieve excellence.

On an average day, you will:
Ensure daily operations are completed efficiently
Oversee the correct and complete execution of all established processes by assigned team members
Help create and maintain checklists and processes for every role to ensure consistency, scalability, and smooth employee transitions
Communicate effectively to inspire and motivate the team
Identify and solve problems proactively
Utilize online construction management tools like JobNimbus and CompanyCam
Run operations independently for up to a week, possibly twice a year
To qualify for this job, you must have:
Proven experience in an operational management role
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
No background or affiliation with local industry competitors
We’d also love it if you have:
Proficiency in Spanish
Familiarity with JobNimbus and CompanyCam
The ability to stay motivated and driven without constant supervision
